Project and construction management
As a service provider, partner and public builder for the state of Berlin, we bear a special social responsibility. Our projects are relevant to urban policy and are in the public eye. They are implemented with public funds. We are committed to this trust on the part of the city and its residents, and in our professional project and construction management we work on schedule, cost-efficiently, carefully and always clearly. Our interdisciplinary team conscientiously controls the construction work and coordinates all service providers, planners and construction companies involved – from the groundbreaking ceremony to the opening.

Platz der Luftbrücke
In the coming years, the neighborhood around Platz der Luftbrücke will be transformed into a sustainable and livable urban space for and with residents and the interested public. The basis for the redesign was laid in a landscape planning ideas and implementation competition held in 2018.
Open space design Kulturforum
The new Scharounplatz and the traffic-calmed Herbert-von-Karajan-Strasse have created spacious, barrier-free areas for lingering, making it possible to experience the overall context of the Kulturforum. This also makes it easier for visitors to find their way around, and the entrances to the cultural institutions are easier to locate.
