Our tasks

Project development

The demands on green and safe infrastructures, parks, urban open spaces and public buildings are high: They should be socially and ecologically sustainable, economically viable, user or benefit-oriented and enhance the cityscape in terms of design. As an innovative service provider, we bring our tasks to life within the framework of political and administrative requirements.
Our services for the senate and the boroughs cover all classic tasks and phases of project planning – from potential and development analyses and feasibility studies to master planning and the establishment of cooperation and financing models. When involving citizens in the planning process, we implement the Berlin Guidelines for Citizen Participation in Urban Development.

Tasks and range of activities

  1. Concept development and project planning

  2. Cost and financing planning

Platz der Luftbrücke

Diverse, livable and sustainable: This is how Platz der Luftbrücke is to develop in the coming years. The redesign is in line with the "Charta für das Berliner Stadtgrün", with which Berlin has given itself a concrete framework for the development of green infrastructures.

Spreepark

The new Spreepark is thus developing into a new public park for all residents, Berliners and guests of the city. The goal is to transform the old rides and relics of the past, to rethink their use and to harmoniously combine them with the themes of art, culture and nature.
